Dear distinguished Exhibitors, Greetings from K-Beauty Expo Korea Organizing Committee. We would like to show our deepest appreciation to all Exhibitors who are participating in 'K-Beauty Expo Korea 2024'. In order for all Exhibitors to prepare for their exhibition, the Organizing Committee is providing the Exhibitor's Manual, Registration Form, and Booth Layout as files attached in this e-mail. Please check all FAQs below with the attached files for your smooth preparation of the exhibition. For oversease exhibitors with Korean person in charge, please request your Korean manual, when necessary. 1. Exhibitor's Manual(Files 1, 2) βΆ Consists of information regarding show outline, important dates, checklist, booth manual, utility application, tear-down, badges, parking, venue, and etc. βΆ Additional utility application& payment deadline: by September 27th, Friday βΆ Check list of application and their deadline: Fill the forms and reply by the deadline when necessary 2. Online Exhibition(Directory) βΆ Expected to be open on September 11th, Wednesday βΆ Please write the directory information on the official webiste before the opening date. 3. 'BeautyFull' Product Sponsor(File 2) βΆ Submission: by August 30th, Friday [through official e-mail] 4. Booth Layout(File 3) βΆ Please check your booth number from the Exhibitor's List in alphabetical order. β» Booth layout is made according to the standardized score of booth number(50%), registration date(10%), payment date(20%), registration (20%). Please always feel free to reach out to the Organizing Committee for any inquiries.
